Jay Yoon
CEO & President

Jay Yoon founded UP Solution in 2008 and has steadily built it over the last 3 years into a nationally recognized and respected POS company offering a wide range of cutting edge technology unique to the Processing and Point of Sale industries.
As President/CEO of UP Solution Jay has built a national sales force with a specialty in niche markets, developed the integrated proprietary loyalty platform, FlexgiftTM, and a groundbreaking suite of new Point of Sale products under the UP Solution brand.
In addition to development of innovative new hardware for the UP Solution line, he laid the foundation for the UP Solutions line of software including UP Salon, UP Restaurant, and the first ECR integration module in the US.
Jay's engineering background and the past 17 years of industry experience will be the cornerstone in setting a new paradigm in integrated payment solutions.

Bryan Daughtry
VP of Sales & Marketing

With 20 years of payment processing experience, Bryan Daughtry brings vast sales and marketing experience to Up Solution in his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Bryan's responsibilities for the company include assisting in the design and execution of the overall strategic direction of Up Solution and management of the sales and marketing teams.

Prior to joining Up Solution, Bryan was Vice President of Indirect Sales for Global Payments, responsible for the Indirect business channel. Before working for Global Bryan was Executive Vice President of Sales for Element Payment Services responsible for the Agent Bank, ISO, Association and VAR sales channels. Prior to working with Element Bryan served as Vice President of Customer Relations for Vital Processing Services where he was responsible for developing and maintaining long term processing relationships with key financial institutions and ISO's within the United States. Early in his career he also held senior level sales and managerial positions with Visa USA and MICROS.

Yong Chul Cho
CFO

Yong C. Cho joined UP Solution in 2010 with more than 11 years of business advisory service experience with the largest public accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers. During his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he provided various financial advisory services to clients in diverse industries including financial institutions (KB financial Group, Inc, Korean Exchange Bank, etc.), information technology companies and multinational service providers. He has very in depth understanding and background in both foreign and US business practice successfully completing the two year international assignment program with PricewaterhouseCoopers Philadelphia office. Yong C. Cho is a certified public accountant in both the U.S. and Korea. Reporting directly to Jay Yoon, CEO, Yong will oversee all financial matters for UP Solution.
