UP SOLUTION is a service company. We have a service fleet, service dispatchers, a parts warehouse, and years of experience supporting vital computer systems. We have 24/7 on-call technicians, and the ability to do remote support.
Does UP SOLUTION provide installation services?
We are set up to provide "turn-key" systems to clients; this means that we can complete almost any task that is involved in launching a new POS system. Of course, we will work with other individuals you may already rely upon, such as accountants, I.T. specialists, distributors, contractors, carpenters and technicians, etc.
Can UP SOLUTION provide installation services or support for a system that wasn't purchased from UP SOLUTION initially?
If it is determined that we can provide adequate services to you, we will gladly "adopt" you to maintain your systems and provide consultation and guidance.
